Sean Reilly is a UK-based digital marketing leader, entrepreneur, and investor with a track record of delivering data-driven growth across luxury hospitality, luxury goods, ecommerce, SaaS, and digital businesses.

He is currently Head of Digital Marketing at Hand Picked Hotels, a £100m luxury hotel group, where he leads digital strategy across performance marketing, CRM & loyalty, web development, and analytics.

Alongside his corporate role, Sean runs multiple ventures:

  • Founder and Marketing Consultant at CanMarket Limited — integrated marketing campaigns, project management, and marketing consultancy services.
  • Founder and Director of CanHost — providing high-performance web hosting services for small businesses and specialist sites.
  • Co-founder & Marketing Director of Email Marketing Tools Limited — SaaS tools and content-driven properties including Email Heatmaps and Link Shortener.
  • Co-director of Run and Race Ltd — a running coaching business.
  • Founder of CanInvest Limited — building a diversified portfolio of property and stock investments with a goal of generating passive income through sustainable, cash-generative assets.
  • Organiser of Digibury — a community event series for digital and creative professionals in Canterbury.
